Conditions

The rental fee includes the final cleaning and the use of Wi-Fi, TV , water, gas, electricity, weekly cleaning and weekly clean linens and towels.

 

Payment

The first payment of 50% of the rental price must be made within 7 days after reservation.

The remaining amount, including the deposit, must be paid 8 weeks before your arrival at Casa do Largo.

Prices includes VAT.

The reservation is confirmed when:

1) The first payment of 50% (or more) of the rental price is made.

2) When the tenant has sent the signed tenancy agreement by mail to the owner.

 

Deposit   € 300

The deposit has to be paid with the 2nd payment (8 weeks prior to arrival at Casa do Largo).

This amount will be returned to you within 7 days after departure.

Extra charges such as: if applicable, costs made for extra service and/or any damage will be deducted from the deposit.

Necessary costs of normal maintenance and repair will be paid by the owner.

Any damage to Casa do Largo which has to be repaired, has to be reported to the contact person in Portugal.

It is strictly forbidden for the tenants to arrange any repairs themselves.

 

Cancellation

If for any reason, the tenant can not or will not accept Casa do Largo at the agreed date, the tenant has to notify the owner thereof immediately. A telephonic notice thereof must be confirmed in writing or by email.

In case of cancellation of the tenancy agreement, the following policies apply:

a)   If cancelled up to 8 weeks before the arrival date of the booked stay:

      The amount of the first payment will be charged.

b)   If cancelled within 8 weeks before the arrival date of the booked stay:

      The full price excluding the deposit will be charged.

 

Tenant obligations

Tenant must be 18 years or older. On arrival, Casa do Largo will be available after 16:00 hrs.

At departure the tenant is requested to leave the house no later than 10:00 o'clock in the morning.

Casa do Largo may not be inhabited by more than 6 persons. It is not permitted to give a part of Casa do Largo, or the whole, in use to others or to rent it out.

The rent is calculated according to the given number of persons. There are costs involved when visitors stay overnight during your stay. The owner has to be contacted and asked for permission before your visitor(s) stay overnight.

 

Liability

The owner of Casa do Largo does not accept any responsibility for the consequences of possible accidents during the tenants stay in Portugal and in particular in and around Casa do Largo caused by any circumstances.

 

Other

We advise you to take a decent travel insurance.

By signing the tenancy agreement , booking and subsequent payment of the rent , the tenant agrees to the above terms .
