Casa do Largo has the status 'Alojamento Local'.
Unlike many other villa's, Casa do Largo is officially registered with the municipality for holiday rentals and therefore also complies to the strict requirements for construction- and fire safety regulations.
Discount on Wintering!
To winter in Casa do Largo means that you rent the house for at least 4 consecutive weeks in the months November, December, January, February or March.
Wintering prices are exclusive weekly cleaning. Extra cleaning can be arranged on request at an additional charge.
You receive a Discount of 20% for a stay of 4 weeks or longer.
You receive a Discount of 25% for a stay of 7 weeks or longer.
You receive a Discount of 30% for a stay of 10 weeks or longer.
Discounts during wintering are calculated on the entire rental fee !
